Rates quoted are in US$ inclusive of taxes and based on single or double occupancy.
Nightly Rates: Summer $200/Winter $250 - per person
Add $100 per person per night for each additional guest.
Minimum stay 3 nights.
A 50% deposit of total price is required to hold reservation. The remainder is due at least 30 days before arrival date.
US$100 damage deposit is required at time of booking (refunded within 2 weeks after departure).
We acceptable checks, bank transfer (wire transfer) PayPal, Cash App or Venmo.
